Harry J. Moren is a first-rate litigator focusing on construction claims arising out of critical public works projects.

Harry’s clients value him as an inclusive collaborator, skilled listener and effective advocate. His extensive litigation background includes complex commercial litigation, product liability, consumer class actions, intellectual property infringement claims, and policyholder-side insurance claims in federal and state courts across the country.

Before joining Meyers Nave, Harry practiced in the complex litigation group at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.

After earning his law degree at the University of California Berkeley School of Law, Harry worked for Greenpeace International’s legal unit in the Netherlands. There, he planned climate-related impact litigation, assisted in litigation defense, and assessed risks of protest actions and campaign publications.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Harry worked as a software developer writing custom software for e-commerce platforms, enterprise management systems, and call center automation. Now, his legal clients value his technical fluency and analytical reasoning. Harry gives back to his community by volunteering with his church community, and as an advisor to OneJustice, a nonprofit legal organization, which he has served in various roles since 2015.
